What is your favorite part of working for QTS?

My favorite part of working for QTS are the people. The people of QTS are eclectic, genuine, hard-working, creative talents.  I love learning what makes a person, who they are and QTS offers quite the range.

What is a day in the life of your position like?

A day in the life of my position is filled with transition, problem solving, meetings and plenty of collaboration. 

What has been your favorite career moment with QTS thus far?

My favorite career moment with QTS would have to be the Re-implementation of ServiceNow.  It was challenging, had several moving parts and required the collaboration of SDP, Workday, Security, Project Implementations, OSC, and others.  The project was complicated by the pandemic and was the first major implementation of a critical platform, I had undertaken 100% virtual.

What passions do you have within and outside of work?

I love people.  I love seeing the potential of a person, realized. In QTS I love facilitating panels and getting to know my peers and leadership. Outside of QTS, I am a licensed Real-estate agent.   I love working with people who are interesting in real estate investments and career transitioning (transitioning from one career to a total new one).

What does a perfect day outside the office look like for you?

The perfect day outside of QTS looks like 78 degrees, a beach chair, a large body of water transitioning from aqua to deep tones of blue, good music and great company.
