This is the general policy of Quality Technology Services, LLC and its affiliates (“QTS”) to conduct their business activities and transactions with the highest level of integrity and ethical standards and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
This program aims to enhance our supply chain’s environmental and social performance by leveraging the Ecovadis scoring metric. Alternatively, Suppliers may submit scores from another third-party sustainability scoring platform (such as ISN ESG +) to be evaluated by the Procurement and Sustainability Teams.
These Terms and Conditions for Vendors (the “General Terms”) between Quality Technology Services, LLC or its affiliate incorporating these General Terms (“QTS”) and the vendor (“Vendor”) shall govern any transaction between the Parties unless otherwise agreed to in writing by QTS.
Vendors/suppliers/contractors performing medium- to high-risk activities for QTS are required to participate in QTS’s Third-Party Risk platform for the duration of their contract. QTS partners with ISN (https://www.isnetworld.com/en/) to collect and verify safety, procurement, and training documentation for a nominal fee.
