QTS Richmond has 200+ acres of owned land for future growth capacity. QTS Richmond 2 is slated to commission two 2-story 36 MW buildings in 2023. Here is an update on the expansion process.
Richmond 2 DC1 has achieved several massive milestones while receiving outstanding feedback on our safety and culture. We are on track to complete this project in 2023.
Richmond 2 DC2 is also off to a great start! We recently received an air permit and are working on completing this project in Q4 2023.
