QTS Data Centers is proud to announce we are expanding our Suwanee campus with additional space and power in the form of our new QTS Suwanee 1 DC2 facility. This existing, operational facility is available now, but undergoing a full refresh including renovations to front-of-house to meet QTS Freedom design standards, exterior façade improvements, upgrades to building systems, and shell buildout to position three new data halls. This facility will feature nearly 30MW of capacity across 6 data halls, with four diverse fiber entrances.
The QTS Suwanee campus features two existing facilities on 56-owned acres, with a total planned capacity of over 100MWs. The campus features multiple on-site substations, diverse fiber entrances, and a fully redundant campus conduit system. Our Suwanee campus also features dedicated EV charging availability and 24-hour security.
We are excited to add to QTS’ growing portfolio with the expansion of our Suwanee campus. We look forward to providing customers with the best possible service. Facility tours for SUW1-DC2 will be available in Q1 2023.
