Honoring our Nation’s Heroes: The QTS Freedom Wall

The QTS Freedom Wall is dedicated to the brave men and women of the United States armed forces, law enforcement agencies and fire and emergency services personnel for their devotion, service and sacrifice that enables our freedoms and safety.

When you walk into any QTS site, you can’t miss the signature freedom wall, an imposing red wall in our lobbies displaying the American flag as well as a dedicated message to our armed forces and emergency response personnel, whose sacrifices secure and support our freedoms.

The first QTS Freedom Wall was unveiled in 2016 at the QTS Chicago ribbon cutting ceremony. CEO Chad Williams and his wife, Jeanne Williams, wanted the opening of the data center to be more about the communities and the heroes who serve, thus the freedom wall was born. Since that day, the freedom wall has become an integral part of our standard freedom design. Currently, we have over a dozen freedom walls and counting across the U.S.

At QTS, we are deeply committed to supporting the military, law enforcement and first responders. We believe those that have honorably served their country represent the truest example of servant leadership, a foundation of QTS’ culture. We are proud that more than 35% of our operations team have served.
