2024 Wrapped: QTS Construction Blog
In 2024, we’ve continued to grow at exponential rates thanks to our people, partners and the communities we live and work in.
In January, we sat down with construction partner, HITT Contracting, for a brief Q&A highlighting our partnership since 2019.
February brought us to Texas as we announced the expansion of our Fort Worth campus, beginning March 2024.
As an organization, we are dedicated to creating a more sustainable future. In alignment with that, our QTS Freedom standard design integrates a series of environmentally focused efforts.
The month of April brought us Topping Out ceremonies across the country, highlighting four different locations.
In May we sat down with construction partner of 10+ years, Mortenson, for a Q&A highlighting our partnership over time and the excellence in our partnered builds.
June focused on our Federal solutions, highlighting our strategically allocated sites exclusively for government clients.
At QTS, we are always looking for ways to honor our nation’s military, law enforcement and emergency services personnel. One way we do that is through our signature Freedom Wall, spotlighted in July.
Everything we do at QTS is powered by people. Our Property Development team is a huge reason we can grow at the rate we have. In September, we shared the growth we’ve seen in our team and the open positions we have across the nation.
As we continue to position ourselves as North America’s fastest-growing data center company, we have also invested in the growth of QTS Europe.
With the continuation of our expansion in Europe, Keir Starmer, UK Prime Minister, publicly acknowledged Blackstone’s role in the creation of the largest data center in Europe and the importance of foreign investment on social media.
We are grateful for the growth we’ve seen throughout 2024 and everyone who played a role in the journey. We are excited to look to the future with even higher aspirations, all to continue to support our customers and the communities we reside in.
