QTS Leadership Program

AMPLIFY prepares high-potential candidates for leadership positions

It’s exciting to be building a career during this pivotal technological moment. But it’s even more exciting to be out front leading it. QTS’s data centers are among the most highly trusted in the industry, putting us at the forefront of today’s dynamic digital transformation. Our AMPLIFY program takes high-performing, proactive individuals who love big challenges through three to five departmental rotations.

QTS AMPLIFY is a multi-faceted rotational program designed to accelerate readiness for strategic roles by immersing participants in the core operations of QTS.

Participants get a holistic view of QTS while learning how we operate and contributing to multiple projects in a meaningful way.

Over approximately 9-18 months, participants rotate through Facilities Operations, Technology Operations, Development and Corporate Shared Services, to gain a deep understanding of data center operations, the backbone of QTS’s business, while building strong cross-functional relationships. This structure ensures participants develop both technical knowledge and collaborative skills essential for driving organizational growth and building bridges across diverse teams.

At the end of the program, participants transition to full-time positions that fit their skills, talents and passions. Interested? Our application windows open twice a year in late spring and late fall.

QTS data centers connect the world’s economy
