QLDP prepares high-potential candidates for leadership positions
It’s exciting to be building a career during this pivotal technological moment. But it’s even more exciting to be out front leading it. QTS’s data centers are among the most highly trusted in the industry, putting us at the forefront of today’s dynamic digital transformation. Our QLDP program takes high-performing, proactive project managers who love big challenges through three to five departmental rotations.
Participants get a holistic view of QTS while learning how we operate and contributing to multiple projects in a meaningful way. At the end of the program, participants transition to full-time positions that fit their skills, talents and passions. Interested? Our application windows open twice a year in late spring and late fall.
