Development Project and Program Managers

Development Project Managers oversee the execution of development projects from planning through completion. In this position, you’ll manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.  

Development Program Managers lead cross-functional programs that span multiple projects. Your goal is to focuses on strategic alignment, resource planning, and long-term campus development goals. 

Critical Operations Technicians (COTs)

COTs are responsible for day-to-day operations of the data center, including monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance, and responding to alerts. These positions are ideal for candidates with technical aptitude and a passion for uptime. 

Security Operations Engineers and Managers

Security Operations Engineers and Managers implement and maintain physical and digital security systems and respond to incidents and supports compliance with security standards. Managers lead the security team and strategy for the Cedar Rapids campus.
