I manage various Military Recruiting Programs such as the DOD Skillbridge Program for the Talent Acquisition team and spearhead military recruiting for QTS. I like to say that I wear a few different hats since I help with internships, full time positions, and military related events!
I served in the United States Army for 11 years. After graduating OSUT I was stationed in Fort Lewis WA for 3 years and worked from a SAW Gunner to an Assistant Team Leader in a Recon Platoon. After my time in Washington, I volunteered to jump out of airplanes and was stationed at Fort Bragg NC for 5 years. During my time with the 82nd Airborne Division I worked my way from a Fire Team Leader to a Platoon Sergeant and served in a combat deployment to Afghanistan from 2019-2020. A few years after I came back from Afghanistan, I had to complete a broadening assignment and was selected to be a U.S. Army Recruiter, and I did that until separating from Active-Duty service in May of 2025.
What are your passions in and out of the office?
I love to spend time with my wife and dog. If I’m not doing those things, you’ll find me clanging and banging in the gym or playing video games!
What is your favorite part about working for QTS?
My favorite part about working with QTS is the culture and core values this company embodies. It reminds me so much of my time in the U.S. Army.
Who inspires you the most in your chosen field/career and why?
She isn’t exactly in my chosen career field, but I would say my wife Padmini is who inspires me every day. She is my rock, and I am glad to have her by my side with me. Her determination and compassion towards her work and others is something I strive to emulate each and every day.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and what would you do?
If I could travel anywhere right now it would be Rome, Italy. My wife and I love food, and we would travel to as many historical places as we could such as the Roman Colosseum and the Vatican.
