Better Together

Serving the communities where we live and work by providing support that helps people thrive.

Our mission is to create a legacy of community integration, social inclusion and ecological wellbeing

The Better Together campaign is a community-focused initiative that identifies local needs and works to create solutions that drive meaningful change. Launched in 2025 by QTS, this initiative represents our long-term commitment to being genuine community partners. We measure our success not only by our technological achievements but by the positive impact we create in the places we call home.

The sections below highlight our four key guiding principles that drive our work and help drive meaningful change.

Community investment

Support local initiatives and volunteer commitments in each community.

Reducing inequality

Foster inclusive access to employment, education and community benefits.

Driving economic growth

Stimulate the local economy by supporting local businesses and offering skills training to the workforce.

Building ecosystem development

Build the capability and capacity of local and regional businesses while offering support to the area.

Our work in the Northumberland Region of England

The campaign kicked off with a historical Derby Day featuring two local football clubs – the Blyth Spartans AFC and Ashington AFC. For the first time in more than 40 years, these two historic clubs renewed their rivalry at Blyth’s Croft Park. To mark the occasion and officially launch the program, QTS and Anxious Minds hosted a Community Day gathering featuring live music, food, local vendors and family-friendly activities.

Our partnership with Anxious Minds included a £20,000 donation and an ongoing commitment to those facing mental health challenges. In addition, we continue to invest in local skills and create new jobs in the area to bring about positive change in the community.
