Who inspires you most in your chosen field/career?
My incredible team inspires me every day! It’s inspiring to see them come together to tackle what often seem like insurmountable challenges. With their combined expertise, creative problem-solving abilities, and unwavering determination, they consistently develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Their resilience and teamwork make every challenge an opportunity for growth and success.
What passions do you have inside and outside of the office?
For me, this role is about far more than just completing tasks or meeting project deadlines. It’s about being part of a unified team that collaborates to achieve something greater than any one individual could accomplish alone. It’s about the pride, accomplishment, and deep sense of fulfillment that come from overcoming challenges and delivering exceptional results.
Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my beautiful wife and amazing kids, creating lasting memories through shared adventures. Whether we’re cheering for our favorite NASCAR driver, Kyle Larson, fishing on the lake with my son, or hunting in the remote mountains, every moment with them is truly special. On beautiful days, I also enjoy taking my grandfather’s Harley-Davidson out for a ride, taking the freedom of the open road and the legacy it represents.
What does a perfect day outside of the office look like for you?
A perfect day outside of the office for me starts with quality time spent with my wife and kids, preferably at the racetrack!
