What does a day in your position look like?
Processing Requisitions, negotiations with vendors for best overall service, and pricing. Testing new features within Workday and provide training on new features. Expanding our internal catalog, with purchase items, and punchout vendors.
What is your favorite part of working for QTS?
It’s the people, and overall culture. We all have a common goal, and the work can be demanding. Nevertheless, we can work together outside of the walls of QTS for volunteering events.
Who inspires you most in your chosen field/career?
Krissti Turpeau. Her dedication, guidance, and support has been instrumental in my personal success as well as the team’s success. She truly leads by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism and a genuine commitment to our collective growth and development. Her approachability and willingness to listen to our ideas and concerns create an environment where we feel valued and empowered. Her leadership makes a difference, and I am grateful to be part of a team led by someone such as Krissti Turpeau.
What passions do you have inside and outside of the office?
Volunteering for sure! Either part of a QTS lead event or a personal event.
What does a perfect day outside of the office look like for you?
Any day above ground is a perfect day! So, to me a perfect day is a matter of perspective. Yes, a nice sunny day about 72 degrees laying on a beach or camping sounds great! However, without any rain then I/we would never grow.
