Our Property Development team is broken out into the Pre-Development, Utilities Development, and Construction Development. These teams execute disciplines such as planning and permitting, design, equipment procurement, utility management and delivery, and construction and commissioning.
The Property Development team works together with the industry’s best architects, general contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), MEP specialists, local governments, and other key partners to help bring QTS’ world-class critical infrastructure to life.
