BE GROUPS
Our three employee-led Belonging & Engagement (BE) groups work collaboratively to honor our unique differences and the things that bring us all together.
Our Community in Action group supports all underrepresented minorities with opportunities to celebrate, learn, connect and grow together.
Our Veterans Empowering Technology group lifts up veterans and their families — more than 20% of our U.S.-based workforce has served our country.
Our Women Inspiring Leadership group elevates women’s voices and provides camaraderie, mentorship and leadership development.
QTS holds its annual Belonging and Engagement Forum, designed to bring leaders, BE groups and a diverse array of team members together to build shared understanding and identify areas for growth.
