Veteran Careers
QTS understands the advantages and value of hiring veterans and members of the National Guard and Reserves. Veterans bring critical technical and interpersonal skills and foster an environment of ownership, service before self and community. QTS is committed to hiring veterans and supporting development programs like SkillBridge.
“I joined QTS because of the Core Values and commitments to each other, family, faith and community, which are the same reasons I joined the U.S. Marine Corps decades ago. The Marine Corps’ motto Semper Fidelis — always faithful — is exemplified in how QTS conducts business, treats customers and collaborates with professional partners. We strive to always be the best we can be while helping others along the way. Semper Fi, QTS!”
“I was initially apprehensive about my transition into the civilian sector, but QTS made it an easy and seamless shift. The decision to work here was simple; I knew I was not only joining an amazing team, but also acquiring a new family. I am proud to be a part of such an exceptional organization.”
QTS SkillBridge internships support transitioning service members by providing hands-on experience with our core operations and expanding our intern’s business knowledge in a real-time environment.
Service members must be able to complete the program within their last 180 days of military service and must also obtain approval from their chain of command, which varies by each Branch of the Military. Please visit the DOD’s FAQ’s for additional eligibility information. Veterans or military spouses are always encouraged to apply to one of our current job openings to join the QTS team.
