The first line of customer support monitors communication across multiple platforms while managing major incidents.
This team covers maintenance and tier 1 and 2 support internal systems, including DCIM infrastructure, SDP issues and Service Reliability Engineering coordination.
This OSC department monitors, addresses and manages connectivity issues and requests for customers and employees.
The OSC also provides essential backup for data center site teams with remote monitoring of all major alarms and data collection.
