QTS Realty Trust, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Quality Technology Services, LLC, QualityTech, LP, Quality Technology Services Holding, LLC, and QTS Europe Holding Limited (collectively the “QTS”) is sensitive to privacy issues with respect to the use of user information provided to us over the Internet. QTS is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information that we collect. For these reasons, we are disclosing to you our practices in gathering and using information that you provide us.
When you visit QTS online, our web servers collect visitors’ domain names and IP addresses, but not personal email addresses.
Our analytics tools also collect information regarding the user. Specifically, this includes screen resolution, color depth, whether or not Java is installed, browser version, operating system, and mobile device type.
Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (such as their e-mail address), unique identifiers (like their names), and demographic information (like their zip code or age).
On the QTS Customer Portal, we may collect personal information from individuals acting on behalf of our business clients, such as name, address, email address, phone number, and company name. The QTS Customer Portal generally provides access to company level operational information with some limited display of personal contact information of those accessing the portal or submitting a help desk ticket. In the course of our invoicing and procurement processes, we may also collect information about our business clients, including name, email address, company name, and company bank details.
We also may collect answers, questions, comments, ideas, suggestions, or the like which you send to us (“QTS Related Information”) when you communicate with us through the Web site or email messages generated through the Web site.
Regarding persons applying for employment with QTS, we collect name, email address, company name, job title and any other information submitted in the application process.
Finally, when you visit our data centers, we may collect your name, email address, company name, document/identification number, and information regarding the date and time of your visit. When you visit our data centers, we may also keep records of the date/time you entered and left the center, collect CCTV footage of you, and process certain sensitive information about you, including biometric data which may include fingerprints and iris scans.
We may be required by law to collect certain personal information about you, or as a consequence of any contractual relationship we have with you. Failure to provide this information may prevent or delay the fulfilment of these obligations. We will inform you at the time your information is collected whether certain data is compulsory and the consequences of the failure to provide such data.
Our Web site and the QTS services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect or maintain information about children under the age of 13.

These disclosures may be considered “sales” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws.
